About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and other sources.
2. Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers and introduce the company's logistics and supply chain services.
3. Customer Qualification: Understand customer requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings between qualified customers and the Field Sales Team or Business Development Team.
5. Follow-ups: Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
6. Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, customer details, and appointment status in Excel or CRM.
7. Coordination with Sales Team: Share qualified leads and customer requirements with the sales team.
8. Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports on calls made, leads generated, qualified prospects, and appointments scheduled.
9. Target Achievement: Achieve daily and monthly targets for qualified leads and customer appointments.
10. Market Research: Identify potential industries and businesses that may require logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.
