RADWIN is seeking a highly versatile and strategic Pre-Sales & BD Manager to drive our rapidly growing Transportation line of business in India and the broader APAC region. This techno-commercial position requires a strong dual focus on both strategic business development and deep technical expertise. As the technical lead for our transportation offerings, you will manage relationships with customers, partners, and other vendors while functioning as the primary architect for large-scale projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving opportunities, leading complex technical and commercial responses to tenders, and managing these mega-projects through their entire lifecycle. While primarily focused on India, this role requires the capability and willingness to travel locally and occasionally address wider strategic opportunities globally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Technical & Commercial Leadership: Serve as the primary technical lead and commercial strategist for RADWIN's Transportation solutions during customer, partner, and vendor engagements.

· Mega-Project & Tender Management: Take complete ownership of driving opportunities by managing complex, large-scale tenders, RFIs, and RFPs. This includes acting as a project manager to oversee the end-to-end response process, technical design, and successful post-sale handover.

· Business Development: Build competitive commercial offerings (including rigorous TCO/ROI analysis), generate new leads, and actively drive pipeline growth across the target regions.

· Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Act as the critical bridge between internal technical engineering teams, product management, and external executive buyers to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.

· Customer Facing: Deliver high-impact technical and commercial presentations to diverse audiences, effectively translating complex technical architectures into compelling business value.

· Support & Travel: Travel extensively within India to drive local engagements, while remaining available for occasional travel outside the country to support broader global and regional activities as the commercial and technical expert on the ground.

REQUIREMENTS

·Proven experience in a Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales role, successfully balancing advanced technical capabilities with commercial responsibilities and project management.

· Solid background in the communications or telecommunications industry.

· Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and navigating the end-to-end response process for complex tenders.

· Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with the proven ability to confidently engage, negotiate, and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of an organization—from engineering teams to executive leadership.

· High versatility, a proactive mindset, and the capability to work independently across different time zones, cultures, and internal departments.

Advantage:

· Specific, hands-on experience in the Radio/Wireless technology domain.

· Prior Pre-Sales or Business Development experience working for other established communication vendors.

· Familiarity with the transit or transportation infrastructure market.

· Experience working with AI-based tools for workflow automation and management is a strong advantage.
