About the Opportunity A vibrant, community-rooted early learning initiative in Bengaluru North, we focus on nurturing curiosity, confidence, and foundational literacy in children aged 3–6 through play-based, developmentally appropriate pedagogy. Our teachers shape joyful, structured learning environments in rural and semi-urban settings—where every child’s voice is heard, and every day is a discovery.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily structured play, storytelling, sensory, and foundational literacy/numeracy activities aligned with ECCE guidelines.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social-emotional growth and routine-based learning.
Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to reinforce learning and developmental milestones at home.
Maintain accurate child development records, observation logs, and progress reports for each student.
Participate in teacher training, curriculum workshops, and peer mentoring to continuously improve pedagogical practice.
Adapt lessons for diverse learning needs and ensure cultural relevance in activity design and classroom materials.

Must-Have
Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECE)
Proficiency in English for instruction and communication
