About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily PR operations for assigned client accounts.
2. Develop and execute PR plans under guidance from senior leadership.
3. Lead media outreach, pitching, and relationship management.
4. Draft and review press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials.
5. Coordinate with integrated teams (digital, social, creative, strategy) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
6. Supervise and guide PR executives and junior team members.
7. Manage media monitoring, reporting, and insights analysis.
8. Support client meetings, status updates, and presentations.
9. Assist in handling issues management and reactive communications.
10. Support new business pitches and proposal development.

4. Tools: Proficiency in AI tools and high-quality PowerPoint presentations.

5. Communication: Excellent written/verbal communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

6. Stability: Stable career history with sustained tenures and no frequent job changes or short stints.

7. Education (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
