Role & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures including rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, and post-trauma reconstruction.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop individualized surgical plans, and manage pre- and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure surgical safety, sterile protocols, and optimal clinical outcomes.
• Document patient records, surgical notes, and follow-up protocols in compliance with MCI/NMC and hospital standards.
• Stay current with latest surgical advancements, attend continuing medical education (CME) programs, and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
• Provide consultative support for complex cases including burn reconstruction, cleft lip/palate, and oncologic defect repair.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• MBBS with DNB/MS in Plastic Surgery or equivalent
• Valid NMC registration
• Proficiency in aesthetic procedures (e.g., blepharoplasty, facelift, liposuction)
• Experience in microsurgery and flap techniques
• Knowledge of surgical safety protocols and infection control
• Ability to interpret pre-op imaging and plan surgical interventions
• Preferred
• Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery or Craniofacial Surgery
• Experience with endoscopic or minimally invasive techniques
• Teaching/training experience or academic publications
