Johnson & Johnson seeks a Plan Excellence Digital Manager to lead a small team developing digital tools for supply chain planning in Bangalore. The role combines technical development with people management, focusing on building data solutions in Databricks, Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau to enhance organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead a small team to develop and maintain digital tools for the Plan organization
Establish intake process to evaluate project requests for business value and resource requirements
Design and implement solutions with optimal technical approaches using Databricks, Python, SQL, and visualization tools
Respond to production issues and support continuous improvement of data processes
Create and maintain documentation including standard operating procedures and data quality catalogs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 7 years of developer experience with digital platforms
Proven people management experience
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one ETL platform
Development expertise in front-end visualization platforms
Supply chain planning systems knowledge with SAP or OMP data experience
Databricks, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau experience strongly preferred
