Johnson & Johnson seeks a Plan Data Analyst in Bangalore to manage data uploads and validation for SAP and OMP planning systems within the Vision Supply Chain organization. The role involves processing data tickets, executing uploads via Winshuttle and standard templates, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate data tickets for SAP and OMP systems with accuracy and timeliness
• Execute data uploads using Winshuttle and standard templates for master data, bills of materials, and routings
• Identify and communicate invalid or insufficient data with requestors for resolution
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data processes and enhance efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and data quality catalogs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• SAP master data management experience preferred
• OMP platform experience preferred
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Supply chain experience in master data, operations, or multifunctional environments
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP Winshuttle
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
