Could you be the full-time PI Customer Site Manager we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Product Introduction (PI) activities at customer sites, contributing to reliability growth and maintaining fleet availability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Engineering, Quality, and RAMS teams), manage a dedicated PI Customer Site team, and ensure compliance with EHS and security regulations, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying and enforcing Alstom and customer EHS rules on-site, but also ensuring the smooth execution of commissioning and validation support when required.

We’ll look to you for:

Managing the PI Customer Site team and ensuring the availability of necessary and qualified competencies.
Coordinating and supporting employees in their technical and administrative tasks.
Ensuring fleet availability according to contractual commitments and leading efforts to restore availability when needed.
Supervising local consignment and warranty stock availability.
Providing Return of Experience (REX) to the organization during the warranty period.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer depot management and maintainers.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Graduate degree in Engineering or Industrial studies (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in depot management and strong field experience.
Proven ability to engage with customers and maintain professional relationships.
Knowledge of railway safety, RAM, and EHS practices.
Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
Familiarity with data analytics and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience with DFQ, quality, and audit processes.

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous routines.
Work with new security standards for rail signalling and cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues.
Contribute to innovative and impactful projects.
Utilise our flexible and dynamic working environment.
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries.
Benefit from our investment in your development through award-winning learning opportunities.
Progress towards senior leadership roles or other exciting opportunities within Alstom.
Enjoy a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, along with comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
