About the job

We are looking for a Creative Photographer who can handle both photography and videography and has a strong understanding of cameras, lighting, gimbals, and creative visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should not only know how to operate a camera but should also have a creative eye and the ability to bring fresh ideas to shoots for different brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute professional photography and video shoots for clients and campaigns.
2. Operate Sony cameras confidently and understand camera settings, lenses, and shooting techniques.
3. Set up and manage professional lighting according to the mood and requirements of each shoot.
4. Operate gimbals and create smooth, professional camera movements.
5. Develop creative concepts, compositions, frames, and shooting styles.
6. Create high-quality content for Instagram Reels, social media, and brand campaigns.
7. Collaborate with the creative, social media, and video editing teams.
8. Understand client and brand requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling visual content.
9. Manage shoot equipment and ensure all equipment is properly prepared before each shoot.
10. Generate fresh creative ideas and continuously improve the visual quality of the content.

1. 1–3 years of experience in photography and/or videography.

2. Strong hands-on experience with Sony cameras.

3. Good knowledge of professional lighting and lighting setups.

4. Practical experience with gimbals.

5. Strong understanding of composition, framing, camera angles, and visual storytelling.

6. A creative mindset and the ability to develop new shooting concepts.

7. Good understanding of social media and short-form content.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a creative team.

9. A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work.
