About the Role

We are looking for a  https://jobeax.com/link/SmU3RMsPtv68FpzI graduate to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/patient queries, providing product-related information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient/customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information related to medicines, products, and treatment plans within the defined scope.

• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and internal teams whenever required.

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM/customer information.

• Follow up with customers/patients and ensure timely resolution of queries.

• Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy-related guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information.
