Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives for channel expansion to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility.
  
• Oversee and mentor Area Sales Managers and Field Sales Officers to maximize team productivity and alignment with company goals.
  
• Manage and develop the sales force, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to operational standards.
  
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors to facilitate smooth market operations.
  
• Implement rigorous monitoring systems to track sales performance and drive data-backed decision-making.
  
• Design and execute strategies for developing a comprehensive distribution network to support market penetration.
  
• Streamline pharma sales operations and general trade activities to enhance overall business outcomes.
  
• Orchestrate distributor-driven market operations, specifically managing Direct-to-Retail (D2R) and Direct-to-Store (D2S) models.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in sales operations.
  
• Proven expertise in channel expansion and developing effective market entry strategies.
  
• Strong background in managing field sales teams, including the supervision of ASMs and FSOs.
  
• Demonstrated ability in handling sales teams and driving performance improvements.
  
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining healthy distributor relationships.
  
• Proficiency in sales performance monitoring and utilizing data to optimize results.
  
• Skilled in designing and expanding distribution networks for broader market coverage.
  
• Deep understanding of pharma sales operations and general trade dynamics.
  
• Specific knowledge of distributor-driven models, including D2R and D2S operations.
