About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review, prepare, and maintain regulatory documentation (product dossiers, CTDs, compliance files) for pharmaceutical products in alignment with FDC Act and Drugs & Cosmetics Rules.
2. Monitor and ensure adherence to GMP standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality protocols across product lines and export shipments.
3. Maintain and update drug master files, product specifications, batch records, and regulatory correspondence; prepare submissions for regulatory authorities (State Drug Controller, DCGI as required).
4. Conduct regulatory compliance audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions; track changes in pharma regulations and advise internal teams.
5. Liaise with manufacturers, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure all documentation, labels, and packaging comply with destination-country regulations and export requirements.
6. Assist in building and managing regulatory knowledge base; support team training on medicines, adverse effects, and compliance procedures.
