About the job
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the calendar - scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders
Handle email correspondence - drafting, replying, and flagging priority items
Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary planning
Maintain and organize documents/files, both digital and physical
Prepare basic reports, summaries, or presentations as needed
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with clients, vendors, or team members on behalf of the founder
Assist with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping
Manage social media accounts and create basic graphic designs/edits
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations
