Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant at Legion Automations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance. The Personal Assistant will work directly with the founder, managing day-to-day communications, handling client inquiries, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate with clients and team members to keep projects and conversations moving
Assist with minor website update requests by communicating changes clearly to the relevant team
Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver on time, every time
Strong spoken, written, and reading proficiency in English — professional communication is essential
Comfortable with technical and administrative tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Previous experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative role is an advantage
Flexible availability to align with the founder's schedule and time zone requirements
