Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse range of pediatric conditions.
Provide specialized care and monitoring within the NICU and PICU settings for critically ill newborns and children.
Manage emergency medical situations with composure, ensuring rapid and effective intervention for young patients.
Establish a comforting rapport with children to alleviate fear and anxiety associated with medical procedures, including vaccinations and blood draws.
Collaborate closely with nursing staff, specialists, and families to coordinate holistic care strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records while adhering to all hospital protocols and safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 1+ year of relevant clinical experience in pediatric medicine.
Proven expertise in managing NICU, PICU, and emergency pediatric cases.
