PCC Technology Lead in Chennai, India - Jobeax

We are looking for 8+ years of strong PowerCurve Collection(PCC) experience candidate with strong handon technical experience in PowerCurve Collections with good communication skills and able to manage the team of 4-5 team members.

Responsibilities

Design & Develop scalable and maintainable technology solutions using latest best practices

Implement engineering principles (e.g. automation, code quality, DevOps etc) and Mentor/guide junior team members

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client & other stakeholder teams

Review and Support production deployments and help resolution of critical issues with root cause analysis

Ensure application/platform performance, security, scalability and observability

Implementing continuous improvement ideas automation/innovation and technical delivery output/KPIs/SLAs

Actively participate in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding diverse engineering talent to scale the team

Skills

Must have

8+ years in experience in PowerCurve Collections (PCC).

Technical Skills: PCC platform expertise, along with : SQL, XML/JSON, API integration, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence.

Methodologies: Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and SDLC delivery experience.

Soft & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Nice to have

Experience in collections or financial services domain.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance in credit and collections.

Relevant Technology certifications.
