About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electronic circuits and hardware systems.
2. Create and review schematics and PCB layouts.
3. Perform component selection, footprint verification, routing, and PCB design checks.
4. Work with tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent PCB design software.
5. Develop firmware for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.
6. Interface sensors, actuators, displays, communication modules, and other peripherals.
7. Work with Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
8. Develop and debug embedded C/C++ firmware.
9. Implement communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS-485, and USB as required.
10. Develop IoT solutions using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, MQTT, and cloud/API-based communication.
11. Perform hardware testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and validation.
12. Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
13. Support PCB fabrication, assembly, soldering, testing, and hardware bring-up.
14. Document schematics, PCB revisions, firmware, testing procedures, and technical results.
15. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop prototypes and convert concepts into working products.

A. PCB & hardware:

1. Basic to strong understanding of electronic circuits and PCB design.

2. Schematic capture and PCB layout.

3. Component selection and datasheet interpretation.

4. Understanding of PCB manufacturing and design-for-manufacturing principles.

B. Embedded systems:

1. Embedded C/C++ programming.

2. Microcontrollers and development boards.

3. GPIO, timers, ADC, PWM, interrupts, and peripheral interfaces.

4. Hardware–firmware integration and debugging.

C. IoT:

1. ESP32/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth or equivalent platforms.

2. MQTT, APIs, and basic IoT architecture.

3. Sensor and device integration.

4. Basic understanding of cloud-connected embedded systems.
