Danaher seeks a Payroll Analyst to support payroll processing operations across the APAC region. This entry-level role involves managing employee data, processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs, responding to payroll inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
Responsibilities
Input and maintain employee payroll data including hires, terminations, and changes
Validate timekeeping records and assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs
Respond to payroll inquiries and provide guidance on pay statements and banking setup
Maintain accurate records and support compliance with local tax and labor regulations
Participate in testing and implementation of new payroll systems and updates
Requirements
Associate degree or minimum 3 years of related payroll experience
3+ years of payroll processing experience in an APAC country
Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and tax reporting
Proficient written and spoken English; additional APAC language preferred
Demonstrated ability to process high-volume transactions with accuracy focus
Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or SAP
