Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact with marketing, regulatory, quality, and supplier teams on packaging specifications
Design, verify, and validate reusable and single-use packaging solutions to regulatory standards
Conduct distribution simulation testing, fit checks, and perforation assessments for sterilant penetration
Develop packaging test protocols, prepare test reports, and lead cost-saving projects
Drive project management activities and technical reviews to align with timelines and milestones
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in packaging, biomedical, or mechanical engineering
4-8 years of experience designing and developing reusable packaging systems
Completed at least two end-to-end packaging projects from concept through validation
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Minitab statistical analysis, and CREO or SOLIDWORKS
Knowledge of ASTM, ISO 11607, ISO 15883, and ISO 17665 packaging standards
Experience with Agile PLM systems and EU-MDR compliance remediation
Familiarity with SAP procurement and material management workflows
