Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with marketing, regulatory, quality, and supplier teams on packaging specifications
• Design, verify, and validate reusable and single-use packaging solutions to regulatory standards
• Conduct distribution simulation testing, fit checks, and perforation assessments for sterilant penetration
• Develop packaging test protocols, prepare test reports, and lead cost-saving projects
• Drive project management activities and technical reviews to align with timelines and milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in packaging, biomedical, or mechanical engineering
• 4-8 years of experience designing and developing reusable packaging systems
• Completed at least two end-to-end packaging projects from concept through validation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Minitab statistical analysis, and CREO or SOLIDWORKS
• Knowledge of ASTM, ISO 11607, ISO 15883, and ISO 17665 packaging standards
• Experience with Agile PLM systems and EU-MDR compliance remediation
• Familiarity with SAP procurement and material management workflows
