Reckitt
Hyderabad, भारत
We’re Reckitt, home to the world’s best loved and trusted hygiene and health brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose.
Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.
Driving efficiency and standardization across our renowned consumer brands that enhance everyday lives—from nourishing meals to trusted household essentials—is the pivotal force of the Finance Planning & Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE). Fuelled by a culture of collaboration and innovation, the CoE is integral to our organization, championing financial excellence and strategic insight across our global landscape. We are a dynamic, agile team, relentlessly focused on enhancing our financial processes, harnessing advanced analytics, and delivering unparalleled value to every facet of our business.
We transcend traditional finance roles; we are a strategic partner where diverse talents converge to tackle intricate financial challenges, foster sustainable growth, and empower our mission to create a healthier, more sustainable world for all. By ensuring a clear line of sight between strategic goals and day-to-day financial activities, we enable efficient performance management and better business results through the collaboration of our people, processes, and systems.
Our CoE transforms finance from a traditional back-office function into a strategic powerhouse that drives business value, as talented individuals come together to solve complex challenges, shape future capabilities, and build a better business.
As the P&BP CoE GEL Support Manager , you will report to the Commercial Finance Global Excellence Lead & Manufacturing Global Excellence Lead and be responsible the delivery and execution backbone supporting the two Global Excellence Leads — analysis, project management, documentation, and rollout coordination for standardisation initiatives.
• Project-manage standardisation rollouts: timelines, market readiness tracking, RAID logs, stakeholder communication
• Build and maintain analytical support — benchmarking packs, business cases, deep-dive analyses for the GELs
• Own documentation of process standards, playbooks, and training materials as they're developed
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs (IT, Data, regional finance) required to land each initiative
• Track benefits realisation post-rollout and feed results back into governance reporting
• Act as first point of contact for market-level queries during migration waves, escalating only exceptions
• 10+ years FP&A/CoE experience, ideally with exposure to both manufacturing and commercial finance data.
• Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2/Agile a plus, not mandatory).
• Excellent Excel/PowerPoint and data-analysis skills; Power BI/Tableau exposure increasingly expected.
• High attention to detail and comfort working across two demanding stakeholders simultaneously.
• This is the classic "launchpad" role in a CoE — hire for trajectory (future GEL/Manager) not just current-state skill.
