# Outbound US Sales Representative — Full-Cycle (Commission Only)

Gransautomation is seeking a motivated, experienced sales representative to acquire business clients in the United States.

This is a full-cycle outbound sales role. You will be responsible for prospecting US businesses, initiating contact, qualifying potential clients, presenting our solutions, handling objections, following up, and closing deals.

Our services include modern business websites, AI chat assistants, workflow automation, and custom software solutions. Our initial target market includes US HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and other home-service businesses.

**Responsibilities**

* Prospect and contact US business owners and decision-makers.
* Conduct outbound calls and other appropriate outreach.
* Identify business needs and present suitable Gransautomation packages.
* Handle objections, manage follow-ups, and close sales.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and sales opportunities.
* Follow applicable telemarketing, Do Not Call, and data-protection requirements.

**Commission structure**

This is a 100% commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or retainer.

* Website Only: $1,000 setup + $100/month — $420 total commission.
* Website + AI Chatbot: $3,000 setup + $300/month — $1,260 total commission.
* Premium Website + AI + Custom Tool: $5,000 setup + $500/month — $2,100 total commission.
* Bespoke Solution: $10,000 setup + $1,000/month — $4,200 total commission.

Commission is 30% of the setup fee plus 30% of each of the first four monthly payments. Commissions are paid within three business days after the applicable client payment clears. Earnings are uncapped, and the examples assume all relevant client payments are received.

**Support provided**

Gransautomation provides organized prospect lists, product demos, pricing materials, sales scripts, objection-handling guidance, and support from the founder. Clients pay Gransautomation directly; the representative does not collect client payments.

**Requirements**

Candidates should have proven B2B sales and outbound prospecting experience, strong spoken English, and confidence communicating with US business owners. Experience in SaaS, software, digital services, high-ticket sales, or home services is an advantage.

**How to apply**

Please describe your experience selling to US businesses, provide examples of deals you personally closed, and submit a 60-second voice recording pitching Gransautomation to a hypothetical US HVAC business owner.

Worldwide remote applicants are welcome. Please apply only if you understand and accept the commission-only compensation structure.
