We are looking for a responsible and hardworking OT Helping Staff / OT Assistant to support our medical and clinical team during OT procedures and ensure proper cleanliness, preparation, and availability of OT equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the medical team during OT procedures as required.
Prepare the OT before procedures and ensure all necessary items are available.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT area.
Assist with arranging and handling OT instruments and supplies.
Ensure instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained as per clinic protocols.
Support doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff during procedures.
Dispose of medical waste according to clinic guidelines.
Maintain proper stock of OT consumables and inform the concerned person when supplies are low.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
Perform other OT-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass .
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or OT will be an advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Should be punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Willingness to learn and follow medical safety and hygiene protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
