Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders into ERP system and coordinate manufacturing acknowledgment
• Create goods receipt notes upon customs clearance and verify invoice statutory compliance
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and manage obsolescence and reserve stock levels
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, warehouse, service, and finance teams
• Interface with logistics, CHA, and AR teams to ensure compliant and timely order delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3+ years order management, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Supply chain experience in multinational organizations with global manufacturing
• Warehouse management and customs business knowledge
