Responsibilities
Evaluate and process customer orders for accuracy and completeness
Generate customer invoices and manage billing documentation
Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues independently
Requirements
Demonstrated order processing accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with MSCRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
