Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Planning https://jobeax.com/link/5WM6jVJPxXxkaX5M candidate will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to streamline planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while enabling data-driven decision making across the https://jobeax.com/link/XaWuUvWos7xpfJzy ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPBCS, financial planning, workforce planning, capital planning, forecasting, and reporting https://jobeax.com/link/XnflZD2dGSZYgXFG Responsibilities :- Lead Oracle EPBCS implementation, upgrade, and enhancement engagements.- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.- Design and configure Oracle Planning applications including: Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Project Planning, Strategic Modeling.- Build planning forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules.- Develop and optimize calculation scripts and Groovy Rules.- Configure metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and workflows.- Implement driver-based planning and forecasting models.- Design scenario planning and what-if analysis capabilities.- Configure Data Maps, Smart Push, and planning automation processes.- Develop integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.- Integrate Oracle EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, HCM, and external systems.- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.- Prepare functional design documents, technical design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive planning transformation https://jobeax.com/link/a53hVQbvj6rHzjpJ Qualifications :- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.- 3+ years of Oracle EPM experience with hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS/PBCS.- Strong understanding of: Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Financial Reporting and Management Reporting.- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Planning implementations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
