The candidate will lead functional activities, ensure payroll compliance and accuracy, and work closely with business and cross-functional https://jobeax.com/link/ZlR3JZToBtLJKlA9 Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll implementation and configuration activities.- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.- Configure and manage Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Cost Allocation, HDL, and FSM.- Handle Payroll Tax Processing across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.- Conduct parallel run reconciliations and ensure payroll accuracy.- Work on US payroll legislation and processes including 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and Mid-Year Balance Initialization.- Support taxation, union payroll, and retirement plan requirements.- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other HCM functional teams.- Drive process optimization while ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.- Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll implementations.- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll configuration and implementation.- Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL, and FSM.- Strong understanding of US Payroll legislation, taxation, union payroll, and retirement plans.- Experience with payroll tax processing and parallel run reconciliation.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
