About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations for a U.S.-based car rental business, including customer records, vehicle availability, rental dates, payments, tolls, tickets, and follow-ups.
2. Manage leads and customers in GoHighLevel, including responding to inquiries, updating pipeline stages, following up with new and old leads, and helping convert inquiries into rental customers.
3. Communicate professionally with U.S. customers through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
4. Track weekly rental payments, overdue balances, deposits, tolls, tickets, and other customer charges using Google Sheets/Excel.
5. Send payment reminders and follow up with customers regarding overdue balances or missing information.
6. Maintain accurate renter, vehicle, and rental agreement records.
7. Coordinate vehicle pickups, returns, extensions, maintenance, and customer requests.
8. Perform customer acquisition and lead follow-up to help increase vehicle bookings.
9. Maintain detailed notes and keep GoHighLevel records updated after every customer interaction.
10. Provide a daily operations report covering leads, bookings, payments, overdue accounts, vehicle issues, and pending follow-ups.

Other requirements

1. Strong spoken and written English is required.

2. Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM is preferred.

3. Experience with U.S. customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales follow-up is preferred.

4. Must be comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours.

5. Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills and attention to detail are required.

6. Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet environment for customer calls.

7. Selected candidates may be required to complete a short practical test before hiring.
