Key responsibilities:

1. Manage student leads, CRM, WhatsApp, and follow-up activities.
2. Execute SOPs and coordinate daily operations, batches, and workshops.
3. Guide students through counseling, admissions, onboarding, and support.
4. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
5. Improve student experience and contribute to Artem Academy's growth through continuous process improvements.
