We are hiring an operations manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, efficient coordination, and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily office administrative and documentation work.
2. Prepare sales invoices, purchase orders and quotations.
3. Maintain data entry and records using MS Excel.
4. Manage customer orders and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams.
5. Maintain stock records and assist with inventory management.
6. Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and order follow-ups.
7. Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and other business documents.
8. Assist with billing, payment follow-ups, and basic accounting entries.

Computer skills MS-Excel
