Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Executive to coordinate cross-functional activities, manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, and ensure timely execution of business priorities. The ideal candidate has a strong "get-it-done" attitude, takes ownership of problems, and proactively identifies and fixes operational gaps rather than waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, HR, Marketing, and others) on all business-related activities
  

• Coordinate between departments to drive assigned tasks to completion
  

• Track timelines with respective teams and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
  

Operational Ownership & Problem-Solving

• Proactively identify operational loopholes, inefficiencies, or gaps
  

• Design and implement solutions/process fixes for identified issues
  

• Approach tasks with a solutions-first mindset — take initiative to figure out "how," rather than escalating "how do I do this"
  

Administration & Facility Management

• Handle all general administrative work
  

• Manage procurement and asset management for the organization
  

• Oversee all administrative aspects of facility management
  

HR Support

• Assist the HR function as and when required
  

Project Management

• Support project management for the startup's app/product initiatives
  

• Coordinate and track tasks within the department to ensure timely completion
  

Finance Coordination

• Follow up with clients for payment collection and coordinate with Accounts on outstanding dues
