About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business and Daily Operations Management: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of both Cool Air Refrigeration and Cool Air International, ensuring smooth and efficient business functioning.
2. Sales and Customer Management: Handle customer relationships, follow up on enquiries and orders, develop new customers/dealers, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
3. Inventory, Purchase and Supplier Management: Monitor stock, coordinate purchases, maintain inventory records, communicate with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of products and spare parts.
4. Team, Accounts and Business Reporting: Coordinate staff, follow up on customer payments/outstanding amounts, monitor daily business performance, and prepare regular reports for management.

1. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in operations, sales, business management, or a similar role.
