About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and align vehicle/transport bookings across multiple warehouse locations
2. Coordinate inbound pickups of deep freezers and visi coolers from distributors
3. Manage scrap material segregation, documentation, and dispatch
4. Maintain inward/outward stock records, GRNs, and warehouse inventory accuracy
5. Liaise with transporters/vendors on rates, schedules, and vehicle availability
6. Support the refurbishment team with stock movement for deep freezer/visi cooler refurbishment operations
7. Coordinate with transporters and negotiate vendor rates
8. Maintain documentation and records

1. Mechanical engineering background (BE/BTech mechanical, or equivalent diploma) preferred

2. 1 year managing a technical/blue-collar team (technicians, warehouse staff), ideally in repair/service, appliance servicing, or manufacturing ops

3. Comfortable with spreadsheets/no-code tools (Google Sheets, AppSheet) to run day-to-day operations

4. Based in Bangalore, on-site hands-on role- not remote/hybrid
