Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the mapping, review, and improvement of organizational processes through structured process modeling.
- Assist with operational planning and coordination across relevant activities and workflows.
- Contribute to supply chain management activities, including tracking operational requirements and process flows.
- Support cost management initiatives by organizing information and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Participate in quality control reviews and help monitor adherence to established processes.
- Assist in coordinating team activities, tracking responsibilities, and supporting effective team management.
- Help maintain and organize operational information within ERP systems, where applicable.
- Track performance metrics and prepare updates to support operational reviews and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying operational risks and documenting relevant risk management actions.
- Apply quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and verbal communication to support operational problem-solving and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate an interest in improving operational efficiency through Process Modeling, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Cost Management, and Quality Control.
- Bring the ability to support Team Management, ERP Systems, Performance metrics, Risk Management, and Decision Making in a structured operational environment.
- Use Quantitative Analysis, Verbal Communication, and Logical Reasoning to understand operational information, communicate observations, and contribute to practical solutions.
