Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the mapping, review, and improvement of organizational processes through structured process modeling.
Assist with operational planning and coordination across relevant activities and workflows.
Contribute to supply chain management activities, including tracking operational requirements and process flows.
Support cost management initiatives by organizing information and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Participate in quality control reviews and help monitor adherence to established processes.
Assist in coordinating team activities, tracking responsibilities, and supporting effective team management.
Help maintain and organize operational information within ERP systems, where applicable.
Track performance metrics and prepare updates to support operational reviews and decision-making.
Assist in identifying operational risks and documenting relevant risk management actions.
Apply quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and verbal communication to support operational problem-solving and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrate an interest in improving operational efficiency through Process Modeling, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Cost Management, and Quality Control.
Bring the ability to support Team Management, ERP Systems, Performance metrics, Risk Management, and Decision Making in a structured operational environment.
Use Quantitative Analysis, Verbal Communication, and Logical Reasoning to understand operational information, communicate observations, and contribute to practical solutions.
Job Summary:
