Operations Executive Experience: 02 years | Team: Operations Team Job Description Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and improving processes for enhanced efficiency. They act as a bridge between various teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support the companys objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day deal and investment operations Coordinate with Sales/RMs, Business, Tech & Marketing teams Ensure updated deal dockets, trackers and operational MIS Analyse investor, investment and deal-level data Work extensively on Excel / Google Sheets Use basic SQL for data extraction and analysis Support investor-related processes including payouts, reinvestments and settlements Coordinate with internal teams for documents and pending requirements Identify operational gaps and drive issues to closure Support new features/process launches and testing Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Requirements 02 years of experience in Operations / FinTech / Financial Services / Sales Operations Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Good analytical and problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently SQL knowledge is a plus Interest in financial/investment products is a plusInternship duration - 3 monthsConversion to a full-time position after the internship will be based on performance.
