Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall operations of our retail outlets across North and South Goa. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all outlets, managing teams, monitoring sales performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong retail operations and team management experience, along with the ability to coordinate across multiple outlets, improve operational efficiency, and drive business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets across North and South Goa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and support outlet managers and retail staff. Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Sales and Business Performance: Monitor outlet-wise sales performance, track targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Ensure proper stock availability, inventory control, stock movement, replenishment, and coordination to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high customer service standards across all outlets and address customer complaints or escalations promptly.
• Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, visual merchandising guidelines, and retail standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Review outlet-wise operational reports, sales figures, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective action wherever required.
• Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with management and individual outlet teams to ensure consistent implementation of business plans, operational updates, and company policies.
• Cost and Resource Management: Monitor operational expenses, optimize staff deployment, and ensure effective utilization of resources across locations.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges and implement measures to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance and Administration: Ensure adherence to applicable statutory requirements, safety standards, and internal operational procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports on sales, staffing, inventory, outlet performance, and operational issues with management.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate. 
• Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-outlet or multi-location setup.
• Previous experience managing teams and overseeing the operations of multiple retail outlets.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, customer service, and store operations.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse sales and operational data and take informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly between outlets in North and South Goa.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
