About the job

We are looking for attentive and impartial Content Moderators to review platform content and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines. The role involves maintaining a safe, respectful, and reliable environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review platform content to ensure it aligns with established company policies and guidelines.
2. Identify and flag inappropriate or non-compliant content and take appropriate action within the defined timelines.
3. Escalate sensitive or critical cases to the Team Lead for further assessment and resolution.
4. Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, including reviewed cases and actions taken.
5. Review user complaints and share relevant insights to help improve moderation policies and processes.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written)

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. Strong understanding of Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.

3. Sharp attention to detail and ability to stay focused for long periods.

4. Sound judgement and composure when making quick decisions.

5. Comfortable viewing sensitive content as part of the job.

6. Comfortable working rotational and night shifts.

7. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
