About the job
Key responsibilities:
As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations and digital execution across channels, including:
Creating and managing listings for new products
Image enhancement and content enrichment
Checking and updating pricing, and applying approved discounts across marketplaces
Updating Orders on software and coordination with order processing team for successful dispatches
MIS preparation and reconciliation, marketplace-wise
Keyword research and listing optimisation (titles, search terms, SEO)
Liaising with the accountant on MIS, GRN and reconciliation matters
Updating Shopify website banners, pricing and product pages
Writing blogs and enhancing website content
Planning and running WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Return updation management
Creating Photo catalogs
GRN (Goods Receipt Note) management for outward stock
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Written) Image Editing MS-Excel MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills
