About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop content and marketing communications.
2. Monitor leads, registrations, and enquiries across digital communication channels; manage Meta lead uploads.
3. Conduct daily CSE operations, resolve issues, coordinate with Development, and manage rosters and leave schedules.
4. Conduct teacher onboarding and profile management, fees, invoicing, content, and other operational requirements.
5. Manage the Admin Panel, including courses, fees, markups, coupons, profiles, registrations, and access.
6. Maintain sales dashboards and analyze lead quality, campaigns, and conversions.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, sales operations, customer support, or a similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

6. Experience working with Admin Panels, CRM/lead management systems, or online platforms is an advantage.

7. Music and/or Cultural Arts background is a bonus.
