About the Company

Prescient Financial Services is an established mutual fund and investment product distribution firm with more than 26 years of experience. The company serves corporates, HNIs and retail investors through a technology-enabled platform and follows an open-architecture approach, helping clients select products suited to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities for mutual funds and other financial products, including transactions, SIPs, KYC, redemptions and follow-ups with AMCs and RTAs.
• Prepare accurate MIS reports and client reports within agreed timelines.
• Improve repetitive workflows using Excel shortcuts, templates, automation and AI tools.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client queries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Follow internal processes, compliance requirements and documentation standards while protecting confidential client information.
• Take ownership of tasks, coordinate with stakeholders and meet multiple deadlines during the day.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or Science, or in Arts with Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
• One to two years of experience in mutual funds or wealth management is preferred; freshers with strong academic records and an interest in technology may also apply.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables, along with Word and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with Google Sheets, online mutual fund transaction and RTA portals, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Good spoken and written English, a practical problem-solving approach, reliability and attention to detail.
• NISM Series V-A certification is preferred, or candidates should be willing to complete it after joining.

The remuneration for this role is ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 annually, depending on experience and suitability.
