Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational functions.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers/outsource team and participants to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Explore and continuously look to streamline and automate operational tasks.
- Monitor and evaluate key operational metrics to guide decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the operations team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful program execution.
- Managing CRM and API integrations exploring, modifying, planning, and strategizing with the team to streamline and simplify processes.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Ability to understand and work with existing systems and setups.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and technologies as needed.
- Ability to make minor changes, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain existing workflows.
- Confidence in exploring documentation and using AI tools to solve problems independently.
