Key responsibilities:

1. Support daily operational activities and business processes.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow execution.
3. Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
4. Maintain records, documentation, and process-related data.
5. Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
6. Assist in project execution and operational planning.
