Vendor & Production Management
Coordinate with printers, fabricators, packaging vendors and other suppliers to get products manufactured on time.
Share specifications, quantities, artwork and production requirements with vendors.
Follow up closely on production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, timelines and commercial terms.
Maintain relationships with existing vendors and continuously identify and evaluate new vendors.
Develop backup vendor options for key products and services.

Order & Project Coordination
Take ownership of orders once they move into production.
Coordinate between the sales, design, technology and vendor teams.
Track each order from artwork approval through production, packaging and dispatch.
Ensure that quantities, specifications, finishing and packaging match the approved requirements.
Flag potential delays or production issues early and work towards resolving them.
Quality Control
Coordinate samples and prototypes before bulk production wherever required.
Check finished products for print quality, dimensions, finishing, packaging and overall quality.
Work with vendors to rectify production or quality issues.

Zoho & Documentation
Manage day-to-day operational entries and records on Zoho.
Maintain purchase orders, vendor details, quotations, invoices and other relevant documentation.
Keep order status, costs and vendor information updated and organised.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and related documentation.

Inventory & Dispatch
Maintain visibility on inventory and stock levels.
Coordinate packaging, courier, transport and dispatch.
Track shipments and ensure products reach clients within committed timelines.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing material.

Vendor Development & Cost Optimisation
Regularly identify vendors for new products, materials and manufacturing processes.
Compare quotations and evaluate vendors based on quality, price, reliability and turnaround time.
Look for opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.

We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Operations Executive / Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of our products and orders.

FlippAR works across customised merchandise, corporate gifting, AR-enabled products, postcards, notebooks, magnets, tote bags, signages and other print and fabricated products. Most projects involve coordinating with multiple vendors and ensuring that what has been designed and committed to the client is produced correctly and delivered on time.

This role will be responsible for making that happen.
