About the job

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to books, STEM kits, logistics, and revenue collections for our school programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage school-wise requirements, inventory, dispatch, and delivery of books and STEM kits.
2. Coordinate with vendors, courier/logistics partners, and schools to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Track shipments, inventory, returns, replacements, and other operational requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records and trackers for books, kits, logistics, billing, and outstanding payments.
5. Follow up with schools for pending payments and revenue collections.
6. Coordinate with internal Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve operational and payment-related issues.
7. Prepare and maintain regular MIS and operational reports.
8. Identify discrepancies and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.

Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
4. Comfortable communicating directly with schools, vendors, and internal teams.
5. Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proactive approach with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
