Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the complete partner onboarding process, including screening and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement.
3. Handle customer and partner queries through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
4. Assess customer and partner needs, address their concerns, and provide suitable solutions and guidance to ensure effective issue resolution.
5. Coordinate with relevant teams to escalate complex issues, track pending concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution.
6. Maintain accurate records of onboarding processes, customer interactions, issue resolutions, and operational updates while ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality support.
