About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
3. Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.
4. Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance on time.
5. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.
6. Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in one or more of the languages Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam, along with good communication skills in English.
