About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Run day-to-day company operations - vendor coordination, office administration and internal process
2. Onboard new clients: paperwork, kickoff scheduling, access setup and documentation
3. Track invoices, payment follow-ups and renewals, and keep the CRM accurate
4. Maintain standard operating procedures for recurring processes and improve the slow or manual ones
5. Coordinate across sales, delivery, HR and accounts so tasks do not get stuck
6. Prepare weekly operational reports and dashboards for management
7. Handle escalations and chase open items to closure without being reminded

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship Management (CRM) Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Portfolio of designs, sketches or garments is mandatory

2. Degree/diploma in fashion design preferred; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome

3. Comfortable working from our Chennai office and coordinating with tailors and vendors
