Key Responsibilities-

1. Manage customer queries across calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional communication.

2. Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

3. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues and escalated queries.
Respond to customers promptly and follow up regularly until their issues are resolved.

4. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately for record-keeping and reporting.
