About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Review incoming technical inquiries and prepare structured techno-commercial quotations.
2. Coordinate with sales leads to verify product pricing, discount structures, and delivery schedules.
3. Maintain quotation records and perform systematic follow-ups to track proposal status.
4. Source technical components, instruments, and replacement units from approved domestic and overseas suppliers.
5. Send out Requests for Quotations (RFQs), compile vendor pricing comparisons, and assist in negotiating cost and delivery lead times.
